Am I missing something here, or is the edition in the public domain? It might be, in the US, if it was published there according to the title page. I think Tim is right. New York, i. According to the copyright renewal database there was no renewal for this book. So in the US the book has been in the public domain since I went ahead and uploaded the file to archive.
